Oleksiy Zayets: If we are blocked again, Ukraine will lose 9.5 million cubic meters of gas every month
Next week, during the heating season that has begun, the State Geology and Subsoil Service of Ukraine may block gas production at three fields in Poltava and Kharkiv regions. This will be the second time that domestic companies will be banned from producing gas on sanctions grounds, and the Ukrainian people, by decision of their own state, will stop benefiting from the subsoil transferred for use.

Businesses within the Smart Holding Group have paid 915.781 million UAH in taxes over the first nine months of 2024 to support Ukraine’s economic resilience during wartime. Since the start of the full-scale conflict, the Group and its businesses have collectively directed nearly 7 billion UAH to budgets at various levels. Additionally, more than 2.8 billion UAH has been allocated for humanitarian support to Ukrainian citizens and aid for the Armed Forces.

Energy to save Ukrainian hearts: Smart-Holding donated an industrial generator to the Heart Institute
The Smart-Holding Group has transferred a 300 kW industrial electric generator to the Heart Institute of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine. The equipment will provide the diagnostic department with alternative power in case of blackouts.

Smart Holding, an investment-industrial group, announces changes in the company’s leadership. Julia Kiryanova, who has held the role of CEO, has decided to leave the company. Responsibility for the management and strategic development of the Group will now be assumed by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Smart Holding, Ivan Gerasymovych.

Smart Holding Restores Gas Production in Kharkiv Region Amid Energy Crisis
Smart Holding Group has restarted gas production at one of its key sites in the Kharkiv region after more than a year of forced downtime. The company has resumed extraction at the Vasyshchevsky gas field, following the Ukrainian government's decision to reinstate hydrocarbon extraction licences that were suspended in 2023.
