Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Veres Group of Companies has been working in a state of emergency on a daily basis to provide Ukrainians with its products in the wartime period.
A consignment of over 3,000 cans of canned food was transferred to Cherkasy Military Regiment. 700 cans of own production were handed over to Cherkasy District Police Department. In addition, together with Bolt, Veres helps elderly people who stay in Kyiv with food sets. To date, 1,500 cans of products have been delivered.
As of March 24, 96,700 cans of own production have been shipped as humanitarian aid.
Veres does its best to make the products available in the maximum number of outlets throughout Ukraine, even in such difficult times.
In total, Smart Holding and Vadym Novynskyi Charitable Foundation have allocated over UAH 135 million to support Ukraine since the beginning of the war.

The State Budget of Ukraine Received 41% Less Taxes from Smart Holding in the First 9 Months of 2025
As of January–September 2025, the Group’s companies paid 543 million UAH in taxes, which is 41% less than in the same period last year (915 million UAH). This reduction occurred, among other reasons, due to increased government pressure and the blocking of gas production assets of the publicly listed British company Enwell Energy.
