Amstor hypermarkets in Zaporozhye come back to normal operation gradually. Similar situation is reported in other regions. Today, Alexey Timofeyev, CEO of Smart-Holding, met with the senior and middle management team of Amstor retail chain’s stores in Kiev.

Smart-Holding begins to restore the operation of a number of Amstor retailer’s hypermarkets. The situation is complicated by the fact that at the direction of the former management IT infrastructure of the stores was destroyed, servers with databases and other information, as well as financial information and personnel records, including employment records of employees were taken to an unknown destination. Reports were filed to the police in respect to these facts.

The doors barricaded by shopping baskets, missing money trays and cash register servers – that was what representatives of Smart-Holding, the retailer’s main shareholder, found in Amstor hypermarket at Pobedy street 64 in Zaporozhye. As a matter of fact, it took them some time to get inside the store. Similar situations were reported virtually in all the stores of Amstor retail chain.
