On behalf of Vadym Novynskyi's Foundation in Honour of the Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God, MP Viktoriya Gryb handed over a lung ventilator and 200 sets of medical protection gear to the hospital of Petropavlivka settlement (Luhansk region). Some of them will also be distributed among the healthcare facilities of Shchastia town.

According to the deputy general director of Stanychno-Luhanske district territorial medical association (RTMO) Alla Vasylchenko, the donated lung ventilator is one of the most efficient devices that will be saving people's lives and health.

‘The advantage of this ventilator is that it is fitted with a monitor and can measure the volume of patient’s lungs in a matter of minutes. After all, it is important not only to correctly connect the patient, but also to make the lung ventilation properly. With the new device, it will be much easier to do. Every Ukrainian hospital should be provided with similar equipment. As for the protective gear for medical staff, we do have a certain reserved stock, but it needs to be constantly replenished. This is why help from Vadym Novynskyi's Foundation and from Viktoriya Gryb is more than ever needed. We are very grateful to them,’ said Alla Vasylchenko.

MP Viktoriya Gryb reminded that Luhansk region is one of the few that managed to prevent an outbreak of coronavirus.

‘Since 6 May not a single new case of the disease happened in Luhansk region. However, we should not relax, but should rather stay vigilant. The question of protecting medical personnel who are at the forefront of the battle with the invisible enemy remains an unconditional priority. Today we extend a helping hand to doctors, and tomorrow they will come to protect us. Only by joining forces we can overcome the pandemic and minimize its consequences,’ emphasized the MP.

Viktoriya Gryb thanked Vadym Novynskyi's Foundation for supporting doctors.

As part of the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic in Ukraine, Vadym Novynskyi's Charitable Foundation in Honour of the Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God and Smart-Holding's businesses provided over UAH 80 million for procurement of medical equipment, personal protective gear for healthcare staff and for assistance to elderly people. The Foundation was one of the first ones to respond to the call from the Anti-Crisis Task Force under the President of Ukraine to help combat the spread of the infection.

The State Budget of Ukraine Received 41% Less Taxes from Smart Holding in the First 9 Months of 2025
As of January–September 2025, the Group’s companies paid 543 million UAH in taxes, which is 41% less than in the same period last year (915 million UAH). This reduction occurred, among other reasons, due to increased government pressure and the blocking of gas production assets of the publicly listed British company Enwell Energy.

Ukraine imports gas, while blocking its own fields
Ukraine has gas, but cannot produce it. Not because of the war. Not because of missiles. Due to the decisions of state bodies.

We need to distinguish sanctions against individuals and the work of enterprises operating in Ukraine, paying taxes and supporting energy independence
Today, the Ukrainian energy sector lives between two realities: On the one hand, there is an urgent need for its own gas, on the other hand, there are legal norms that actually stop those who can provide this resource.
