10 special-purpose insulating boxes for transporting COVID-19 patients, earlier purchased by Vadym Novynskyi's Foundation in Honour of the Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God, have been delivered to Ukraine.

The protective/insulating boxes allow the initial transportation to hospitals of persons suspected of being COVID-19 positive. At the same time they ensure a sufficient level of protection for doctors handling such patients.

Each chamber has four built-in flat portals providing easy access to the patient, and two auxiliary portals used for infusion lines and other medical equipment.

Protective boxes of this type can also be used as protection from a "contaminated" environment for transporting patients with weakened immunity. In the coming days, the insulating boxes will be distributed for the needs of Ukrainian hospitals.

It will be recalled that on 9 April, high-precision and highly efficient diagnostic systems for detecting COVID-19 disease, purchased by Vadym Novynskyi's Foundation in China, arrived in Ukraine.

The advantages of the system include a shortened testing time cycle (up to 40 minutes), intelligent data processing (voice prompts, automated analysis of the results, etc.). In addition, the system does not have any restrictions in terms of the location/placement area of the device and the testing process. Three iPonatic systems have been customs cleared and sent to healthcare facilities of Kherson, Mariupol, and Kryvyi Rih cities.

As was previously reported, starting in March 2020, Vadym Novynskyi's Foundation in Honour of the Intercession of the Most Holy Mother of God purchased in China 10 high-performance mechanical lung ventilators, 850 sets of personal protective equipment for medical staff and 10,000 rapid tests, as well as thousands of top-class protective suits and respirators for healthcare professionals. They have been delivered to Donetsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions.

In addition, the Foundation delivered the largest batch of high-precision DialPlexQ™ PCR testing systems, 100,000 pcs., from South Korea. They have been distributed to hospitals in all regions of Ukraine.

The State Budget of Ukraine Received 41% Less Taxes from Smart Holding in the First 9 Months of 2025
As of January–September 2025, the Group’s companies paid 543 million UAH in taxes, which is 41% less than in the same period last year (915 million UAH). This reduction occurred, among other reasons, due to increased government pressure and the blocking of gas production assets of the publicly listed British company Enwell Energy.

Ukraine imports gas, while blocking its own fields
Ukraine has gas, but cannot produce it. Not because of the war. Not because of missiles. Due to the decisions of state bodies.

We need to distinguish sanctions against individuals and the work of enterprises operating in Ukraine, paying taxes and supporting energy independence
Today, the Ukrainian energy sector lives between two realities: On the one hand, there is an urgent need for its own gas, on the other hand, there are legal norms that actually stop those who can provide this resource.
