Smart Energy allocated 1.7 mln UAH to social projects in first half of 2019

Smart Energy Group of companies allocated funding in the amount of 1.7 mln UAH to develop community social infrastructure as well as to charity.

In particular, the Representative Office of Regal Petroleum Corporation Limited, which operates in Poltava region, transferred 714 thous UAH within the framework of the memorandum about social infrastructure development in Lokhvitsya region. These funds are aimed at co-financing of auditorium major repair in Yakhnikivsky village hall and current road repair in Yakhnyki, purchasing of office machines, appliances, and equipment for Lokhvitsya district state administration, solar batteries installation for Lokhvitsya District Hospital. Besides, the Representative Office supported students from Lokhvitsya musical school and young sportsmen with 158 thous to pay for transport services to All-Ukrainian volleyball competitions and other projects.

In Kharkiv region Prom-Energo Product company allocated 513 thous UAH. Of this amount, 275 thous UAH were directed at ensuring food for children of groups entitled to special benefits in school canteen of Vvedenskiy teaching and educational institution. Other funds were directed to transfer children from robotics club of Vvedenskiy teaching and educational institution to competition in Kharkiv, construction of playground for children in Novaya Pokrovka village, assistance in reconditioning of communal grave to buried soldiers in World War Two, purchasing of sports equipment for boxing club in Vvedenka.

Ukrgazvydobutok, a company operating Kharkiv region, assisted in creating the register of agricultural areas of Yakovlevskiy village council and implementing the project SMART HUB in Nova Vodolaga as well as purchased and delivered goods and materials to repair water pipe and other projects to the amount of 297 thous UAH.

The State Budget of Ukraine Received 41% Less Taxes from Smart Holding in the First 9 Months of 2025

As of January–September 2025, the Group’s companies paid 543 million UAH in taxes, which is 41% less than in the same period last year (915 million UAH). This reduction occurred, among other reasons, due to increased government pressure and the blocking of gas production assets of the publicly listed British company Enwell Energy.
