Smart Energy Group successfully completed another project and resumed well operation in Kharkiv region after a work-over.

Successful work-over completion contributed to producing additional hydrocarbon production, increasing total gas production upon Smart Energy Group and achieving a historical daily maximum flowrate of 960 K m3/day.

Work-over of well No. 21 Ostroverkhivske field, exploration license of which is owed by Ukrgasvydobutok, was completed before schedule using advanced technologies and unique approaches for productive horizon opening and operation. This resulted in improving commercial gas inflow to a rate 50 K m3/day, which is higher than forecasted.

“This project is a next step for implementing Smart Energy Group strategic program. Its success is owed to the whole team of specialists as the work-over was conducted before schedule with achieving high flow rate Thus, we have produced new daily maximum flowrate upon the Group and are now forging ahead to one million m3 per day”, noted CEO of Smart Energy Group, Sergii Glazunov.

As a reminder, Smart Energy Group performance results for 2018 showed the increase of total gas volume production by 31%. In particular, the Representative Office of Regal Petroleum Corporation Limited, PrJSC Ukrgasvydobutok and LLC Prom-Energo Product produced 295,7 mln m3 of gas, whereas in 2017 this indicator equaled to 226 mln m3.
