Smart Energy Group completed implementation of the software solution by the Canadian software company - Peloton at its facilities. The software provides digitalization of operational data of companies of the group. That simplifies access to large amounts of data, increases efficiency of operational data usage and improves data quality.

Smart Energy and Peloton started their cooperation at the end of 2019 with a launch of the joint project on operational processes digitalization. The project targeted shifting to the electronic format and analyzing all the data and processes related to complete well life cycle, production and infrastructure, starting from a plan to the abandoning. All these transformations were aiming expenses reduction, workflows efficiency increase and monitoring plan vs. fact performance, etc.

“Smart Energy pays a lot of attention to improving its performance with a help of the latest technologies, including the information ones. Therefore, motivated with the experience of our colleagues in other countries, we have invited Peloton for arranging collection and processing of the data from our enterprises at high level,” commented Viktor Dudzych, Smart Energy CTO.

Implementation of Peloton software at Smart Energy included several stages such as audit and systematization of operations of the group, design of Smart Energy customized workflows and installation of Peloton software (ProdView, WellView and SiteView) at the facilities of the business units, customizing software and data base settings, preparing channels of communications for data exchange with the regional offices and personnel software training. Currently, when after the implementation and pilot run the software is commercially operated, the ongoing usage extensions and improvements can be made to meet new business challenges and to improve operations.
