Smart Energy Group has completed the field stage of 3D seismic of Svystunkivsko-Chervonolutske gas and condensate field and proceeded with processing and interpretation of collected data. The research results in the first 3D-model of the field and specifications for its drilling programme.
3D seismic at Svystunkivsko-Chervonolutske field started at the end of October 2021. After the two-week equipment deployment, the team worked on data collection at the field. The works covered the whole licence territory. In general, the field stage took two and a half months. Processing and interpretation of the collected data has been in progress since late January this year. It is planned to be over in April.
“We are really glad that we succeeded to complete all 3D seismic works at Svystunkivsko-Chervonolutske field for such a term. After completing the whole scope of works in seismic we’ll get the first 3D model for this field and it is crucially important for further planning of its development,” commented Viktor Dudzych, CTO of Smart Energy.
In particular, the future 3D model of the field enables defining best sites for new wells within the licence. There should be seven of them in accordance with the production programme.
Vikoil Ltd is working on 3D seismic of Svystunkivsko-Chervonolutske field. Despite the unfavorable weather conditions, the company has completed all works of the field stage successfully and on time. Then the company started processing and interpretation of the materials. The British company EPI Ltd. is working on this stage as well.
As mentioned earlier, Arkona Gas-Energy LLC that is a part of Smart Energy Group since 2020 is 100% owner of the licence for Svystunkivsko-Chervonolutske gas and condensate field. Currently the company is not only working on geological research, but it is also drilling its first well and getting ready to construction of a new gas processing plant there.

The State Budget of Ukraine Received 41% Less Taxes from Smart Holding in the First 9 Months of 2025
As of January–September 2025, the Group’s companies paid 543 million UAH in taxes, which is 41% less than in the same period last year (915 million UAH). This reduction occurred, among other reasons, due to increased government pressure and the blocking of gas production assets of the publicly listed British company Enwell Energy.
