Smart Holding businesses are helping Ukraine at any cost, even if a city is fully or partially occupied.

Since the beginning of the war, Smart Maritime Group has been regularly providing food kits and hot lunches to residents of the occupied district Korabelnyi of Kherson. UAH 100,000 was allocated to Kherson Regional Hospital for purchase of medicines and necessary equipment. Medicines worth UAH 220,000 were purchased for employees and veterans of Kherson Shipyard.

Naval Logistics provides assistance to the territorial community of Mykolaiv, where medicines, fuel and materials for construction of protective structures in the city are essential. In total, more than UAH 300,000 has been provided for the needs of the city.

Since the beginning of the war, Vadym Novynskyi Charitable Foundation and Smart Holding businesses have allocated over UAH 156 million to Ukraine's victory, and this amount is growing every day.

We always support Ukrainians and believe in our victory!

The State Budget of Ukraine Received 41% Less Taxes from Smart Holding in the First 9 Months of 2025
As of January–September 2025, the Group’s companies paid 543 million UAH in taxes, which is 41% less than in the same period last year (915 million UAH). This reduction occurred, among other reasons, due to increased government pressure and the blocking of gas production assets of the publicly listed British company Enwell Energy.
