Smart-Holding has appointed Taras Mykhailov to the position of Director of Legal Support and Corporate Governance. In this position, Taras will be responsible for legal and corporate management blocks in the Holding and businesses. Taras has considerable management experience and is an expert in many areas of law. He headed the legal departments at IDS Borjomi, Nemirov LLC, GSK (GLAXOSMITHKLINE HELSKARE UKRAINE T.O.V.), managed departments at large legal companies such as Arthur Andersen (Ernst & Young), KM Partners, led legal support development of draft laws of the World Bank in Ukraine, has a lawyer's certificate.
Lada Konduforova, Chief Legal Officer-Head of Legal Function of the Holding, will head the legal direction of Vadym Novynskyi's office.

The State Budget of Ukraine Received 41% Less Taxes from Smart Holding in the First 9 Months of 2025
As of January–September 2025, the Group’s companies paid 543 million UAH in taxes, which is 41% less than in the same period last year (915 million UAH). This reduction occurred, among other reasons, due to increased government pressure and the blocking of gas production assets of the publicly listed British company Enwell Energy.
