For three years, our country has been fighting heroically for the right to be free on its own land. And throughout all this time, Smart-Holding, despite everything, has stood by the Ukrainian defenders and communities.

75 million dollars – our contribution to this fight, our support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, communities, and civilians since the full-scale invasion began. This is not just a number – it represents bulletproof vests, vehicles, drones, thermal imagers, shelters, and rations for defenders, medical equipment, and thousands of tons of humanitarian aid for those in need.

This is the contribution of our enterprises and people who work in Ukraine and support Ukrainian defenders every day.

And we continue to fight alongside our country, continuing our support, even though parts of our enterprises are currently not operational.

We truly believe that the war will end soon. Glory to the Ukrainian heroes!

The State Budget of Ukraine Received 41% Less Taxes from Smart Holding in the First 9 Months of 2025

As of January–September 2025, the Group’s companies paid 543 million UAH in taxes, which is 41% less than in the same period last year (915 million UAH). This reduction occurred, among other reasons, due to increased government pressure and the blocking of gas production assets of the publicly listed British company Enwell Energy.
