Polish clothing and home goods brand Sinsay is expanding its presence in Zaporizhzhia and has officially signed lease agreements with the Amstor shopping center in two new locations.
The new stores will open in the Amstor shopping center at Charivna 74 and Preobrazhenskogo 13, which even in difficult times remain one of the key places for leisure, shopping and social life of citizens.
Despite daily threats and shelling, the city continues to live, work and develop, and this step is an important symbol of trust in the region and faith in its future. These are not the first stores of the brand in Zaporizhzhia, but this agreement is of particular importance: international retailers are ready to invest in a city located near a combat zone.
“We understand the responsibility of this step. Each new tenant today is not only business development, it is support for the city, its residents and our common future. Attracting an international retailer to Zaporizhia is not just another store. This is recognition of the city as strong, vibrant and worthy of foreign investment, despite the war risks,” says Roman Yemets, director of Smart Urban Solutions.
The stores in Zaporizhia will open in a new format and will occupy over 500 sq. m of retail space each.
