Naval Logistic (Ukraine) provides operational management of the maritime assets of the Smart Holding Group. The logistics business line has been developing since 2007 and covers key infrastructure projects in the South of Ukraine.

Main areas of activity

  • Port and stevedoring services
  • Construction and rental of warehouse and industrial real estate

A key project in the portfolio of the line is the creation of a logistics hub in the format of an industrial park in the city of Mykolaiv, with an emphasis on:
  • Transshipment of agricultural products
  • Transshipment of metal structures

The strategic goal of the line is to create a significant player in the transshipment market of the South of Ukraine with the achievement of a cargo turnover of up to 7 million tons per year in the medium term.

Smart Maritime Group resumed ship repair work despite military threats and state pressure on Smart Holding
After more than a year and a half of break, Smart Maritime Group has started ship repair at the facilities of the Mykolaiv Shipyard. The first “client” after the forced pause was DELTA III, a tugboat built in 2006.
