Ukrainians have the right to basic comfort in their homes.
  • A family of four consumes about 13 m³ of gas every month. This is hot water, heating, cooking.
  • These are basic things that everyone needs.
Smart Energy can provide gas to up to 1.2 million families — 100 million m³ by the end of the year. But for this, only one thing is needed — to allow the public London company Enwell Energy to produce gas.

We are not asking to lift sanctions — only to make adjustments to paragraphs 73-78 of Appendix 1 to the NSDC Decision of 08.10.2024. This will allow the activities of Enwell Energy gas-producing enterprises to be unblocked and used for the benefit of Ukraine, while leaving the full scope of sanctions on the ultimate beneficial owners.

On this occasion Enwell Energy, a public British company, turned to the Security Service of Ukraine, because this body is the initiator of the decisions that resulted in the suspension of Ukrainian gas production.

The difference in value between the foreign and domestic markets hits the economy. And Ukrainian gas remains in the bowels when Ukraine and Ukrainians desperately need it on the eve of winter.
